can't create mfc smart device application in Visual Studio 2005

Today I attempted to create a project of mfc smart device application in
Visual Studio 2005. When I click yes button, it will appear a while. Then
it go back to the new project scene. It did not appear the next step, and
it stayed the new project scene all the time. I also create Win32 smart
device project, and it still failed. My environment is xp professional
2002 sp3,I have installed vs 2005 team suite, vs 2005 sp1, sdk,IE8. Before
I asked the question, I have searched the same question which is so little
in the web. Somebody say amending the resiterkey, but it didn'd work.
Because of the problem, I have wasted a monring. Please help me. Thanks a
lot.
